What is the Aneros Refund Policy?
Aneros offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Customers may return their Aneros product for a refund if requested within 90 days from the purchase date.
A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.
How many times can I request a refund?
Email support@aneros.com for a Refund Request Form. Support will provide further instructions after verifying a customer’s product eligibility.
What products are eligible for a refund?
Only Aneros brand stimulators are eligible for a refund.
How many times can I return a product?
Customers are allowed 4 refund transactions every 12 months. If a customer is requesting to return more than 1 device at one time, each device will be considered as 1 refund transaction. For example, a customer requesting to return 3 devices will be logged as 3 refund transactions.
What if I purchased my Aneros product from another store?
Only products purchased directly from the Aneros website are eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item(s). Dependent on the Customer’s bank, funds will be returned within 3-5 business days.
