When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped the next business day. FedEx Express orders received before 9AM CST are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. 

When will I receive my order?

ETAs are provided during checkout. All shipping and delivery dates are business days only (no weekends or holidays).

How will my order be packaged?

We ship orders discreetly in standard brown packaging.  Generic boxes and standard FedEx “Paks” and “Envelopes.”

Do I have to sign for my order?

Our standard shipping is Priority Mail or First Class Package via USPS and does not require a signature. Your package can be left in your mailbox or at your front door. Express Mail International parcels require a signature upon delivery.

Aneros assumes no responsibility for lost shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to any country served by registered air mail service who receive packages from the US.  

How long do international orders take to arrive?

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express and have an ETA of 5-7 business days. This does not include any time the package spends in Customs undergoing Clearance.

Please be advised, the Customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes imposed on imported goods by Customs.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fees will be dependent on your location. During checkout, you will be able to select a shipping method from an array of options.

All international orders ship for a flat rate of $35.

Will I receive shipping confirmation?

If an email address is provided with your order, a confirmation email, containing a tracking number, will be sent by the next business day.

Please visit our Forum and share your experiences with others. You may also want to create a Blog to keep a journal of your experiences.

Can I substitute items in the special sets?

As we offer special pricing for pre-packaged sets, we do not allow substitutions.
